Higher Education / Postgraduate Stricto Sensu
Doctorate (academic or professional) – 4 years
Master (academic or professional) – 2 years
Higher education / Postgraduate Lato Sensu – in general are courses with an approximate duration of 360 hours, such as MBA’s and specializations.
Higher Education / Graduation
Bachelor’s degree, prepares the student to exercise academic or professional activities in a specific area of knowledge – 4 to 6 years.
Degree, prepares the student for teaching in basic education – 4 to 5 years
Technologist, prepares the student for the exercise of the profession with a training in a very specific area – 2 to 3 years
High School – 3 years
Elementary school (basic education) – 9 years
