Portuguese for Foreigners

Aimed at foreigners interested in improving their knowledge of the Portuguese language. There are training offers with different hours and values offered in person in different Language Centers at COMUNG Universities.

The courses are focused on teaching Brazilian speaking, the course curriculum records our linguistic variations, language levels, idioms and much of our lexical wealth.

Classes can be held in small groups or individually. They focus on the four skills (speaking, writing, listening and reading) and are taught by a qualified teacher for the teaching of the Portuguese language.

The course proposes extra activities to informalize the practice of learning. To this end, the student is invited to participate in cultural meetings, external events, etc.

The offer of the free course to foreigners will depend on the existence of agreements between the university of Comung and the foreign university of origin of the student.

Celpe-Bras Exam

The Examination for Certificate of Proficiency in Portuguese for Foreigners (Celpe-Bras) is the official Brazilian certificate of proficiency in Portuguese as a foreign language.

The tests are carried out at applicator posts: higher education institutions in Brazil and abroad.
